What is the delivery timeframe?
We ship to all seven Emirates of UAE (United Arab Emirates) - Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Umm al-Qaiwain, Fujairah, Ajman and Ra's al-Khaimah. We do not deliver outside UAE.
Standard delivery within the UAE usually takes between two and three working days (Monday to Saturday). Delivery times change depending on product availability, customer location, and public holidays. Once payment is made by the customer, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Unused or defective merchandise should be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
